Shikhar Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Shikhar started their career as a Senior Technology Analyst at PCQuest, CyberMedia in 2009, where they worked until 2012. Shikhar then joined Bajaj Consumer Care in 2014 as a Management Trainee before being promoted to an Area Sales Manager in 2015. In 2018, they transitioned to Niine India as a Key Accounts Manager for National eCommerce, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Business Head of eCommerce at Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd.
Shikhar Gupta completed their education in a chronological order. From 1991 to 2005, they attended Ramjas School in India, where they focused on Computer Science. After completing their schooling, from 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at ITM University in Gurgaon. In 2012, Shikhar enrolled at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing. Shikhar completed their MBA program in 2014. Additionally, in November 2014, Shikhar obtained a certification in "Excellence in Endeavors" from Dale Carnegie Training India.
