Kimberly Saintfleur

Kimberly Saintfleur is a Resource Coordinator at LOTUS HOUSE WOMEN'S SHELTER since July 2023. Previously, Kimberly served as an Online Staffing Specialist with Randstad Sourceright supporting Google, focusing on technical sourcing and diversity-driven strategies. As a Social Worker at Gang Alternative, Inc., responsibilities included collaborating with corporate leaders to identify hiring needs and engaging in recruitment efforts. Earlier, Kimberly worked as a Corporate Recruiter for the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, where strategies for building candidate pipelines and collaborating with management to fulfill hiring needs were implemented. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Florida International University.
