Megan Evans is an experienced professional in the field of social work and mental health counseling. Currently serving as a Child Counselor at Lotus House Women's Shelter since October 2022, Evans has previously held positions as an Outpatient Therapist at Chrysalis Health and as a Therapist at PsychSolutions, Inc. Additionally, Evans has experience as a Full Case Manager at the Family Resource Center of South Florida and served as an intern in Child Protective Services for the Florida Department of Children and Families. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University and dual Master of Arts degrees in Journalism from the University of Miami, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a second Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College.
