Anindita Datta

Anindita Datta currently serves as the Manager of Research, Project Design & Grant Management at Lotus Petal Foundation, where responsibilities include conducting needs assessments through in-depth research and data analysis. Previously, Datta held the position of Senior Executive in Donor Management at Foundation for Excellence, focusing on engagement and fundraising strategies while also managing a comprehensive alumni database. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Associate in Alumni Relations and Corporate Partnership, and Associate Corporate Partnership at Amnesty International, where efforts were concentrated on enhancing fundraising through corporate partnerships. Early career experience includes a Research Associate position at North Eastern Social Research Center and an internship at Vimochana - India. Datta holds a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Delhi University.
