Parker Roland has worked in various roles since 2011. Parker began their career at First Aid Only as a Production Line in 2011. In 2012, they joined Camas Meadows Golf Club as an Outdoor & Retail Services. In 2013, they worked as a Youth Coach for the Seattle Sounders FC. In 2016, they joined PENSOLE Footwear Design Academy as a Footwear Design. That same year, they joined LOTUS UNITED, where they have held roles such as Designer I - Retail Environments, Designer II - Retail Environments, Senior Designer, and Design Lead. In their current role, they manage a team of designers to create compelling retail design initiatives from concept to execution. Parker also coordinates with internal and external partners to develop comprehensive design packages within specified timelines.

Parker Roland's education history includes a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design from the University of Washington, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. During their time at the University of Washington, they also participated in a study abroad program in Roma, Italy, where they studied Design, Architecture, Art History, and Photography. Prior to this, they attended the University of Oregon from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Product Design & Business. Parker graduated from Camas High School in 2011.
