Emer began their career as a Sales & Marketing Executive at RTE International in 1999. Emer was responsible for promoting and selling Irish programming to international TV companies. Emer left RTE in 2003 to join LotusWorks.

At LotusWorks, Emer has been responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing efforts. Emer has helped the company grow significantly and establish itself as a leading provider of IT services.

Emer Conroy has a BA in Gaeilge & Emer'story from University College Dublin. Emer also has a Leaving Certificate from 1995 from Sacred Heart Secondary in Tullamore, Co Offaly.
