Clementine Grenot

Clementine Grenot is currently employed as an Hôtesse Brasserie at LOU Rugby since August 2023, responsible for welcoming clients, managing calls and reservations, organizing events related to the Rugby World Cup, and providing bar service. Additionally, Clementine has gained extensive practical experience with 24 weeks at Restaurant Vatel Lyon, encompassing roles in reception, service as chef de rang and sommelier, bar, kitchen, pastry, commercial activities, and banquets. Previous experience includes a role in conciergerie and reception at Hotel Le Toiny St Barth from November 2022 to April 2023 and as Chef de rang and receptioniste at Hôtel Marielle Val Thorens from December 2021 to April 2022. Clementine is pursuing a Bachelor Manager en Hôtellerie Internationale at Vatel France from 2021 to 2024, following a Baccalauréat in English Language and Literature/Economics from Sainte-Marie Lyon from 2017 to 2020.
