Nicholas Mannel Pe, Ap

Nicholas Mannel, PE, LEED AP started their career as a Design Engineer at Fabcon in November 2004. Nicholas then moved on to Loucks, where Nicholas currently holds multiple titles including CEO, Principal Engineer, CFO, and Project Manager/Civil Engineer, PE, LEED AP. In addition to their roles at Loucks, Nicholas also served as the President and Past President of the Minnesota Construction Association from January 2013 to December 2014.
