Craig began their career in 1992 as a Regional Sales Manager at Passport - Music Software and then moved to Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH in 1993, where they held the position of Regional Sales Manager until 1995. During their time at Yamaha Digital Recording from 1995 to 1996, Craig served as the Regional Sales Manager and played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the company's first venture into computer-based recording.
