Kelsea Robson has a diverse range of work experience. Kelsea started their career at Guitar Center in 2008, where they held various roles including Sales and Training Manager, Store Manager, Sales Process Analyst, Sales Process Manager, and finally Director of Sales Administration & CAPEX Operations. Kelsea worked there until December 2016 when they transitioned to LOUD Audio, LLC as the Director of Sales, National Accounts for the Mackie brand. In October 2017, they also became a member of American Mensa. Most recently, in September 2022, they joined Pavilion as a member.

Kelsea Robson has a diverse education history. Kelsea began their academic journey at the University of Oklahoma in 2004, where they pursued a field of study in International Business. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree from this institution. In 2006, they attended Bellevue College and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree with a major in Chemistry.
