Prior to this role, Loudermilk led Horizon Group Investments, successfully developing over $35 million in commercial real estate projects. Loudermilk's background also includes significant tenure at IBM, where responsibilities included managing global software sales in the telecom industry, developing strategic alliances, and executing CRM solutions. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from Georgia State University.
