Ryan Fleming

Ryan Fleming possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and security operations. Currently serving as a Security Police Officer under a DOE contract at Oak Ridge National Laboratory since July 2023, Ryan also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Armas Dei Group and works part-time as a Deputy Sheriff for the Loudon County Sheriff's Office. Prior experience includes roles as a Deputy Sheriff with Constellis and as a High Risk Security Specialist/Consultant. Ryan's background reflects a solid foundation of security expertise, having previously served as a Protection Officer, Custom Protection Officer, Infantryman with the Florida National Guard, and Airborne Infantry with the 82nd Airborne Division in the U.S. Army. Ryan is a graduate of BaySide High, with education completed from 2003 to 2006.
