Alexandra R.

Alexandra R. is a Development and Digital Fundraising Specialist at the Pan African Sanctuary Alliance (PASA) since June 2023 and serves as the Membership and Development Coordinator for the International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council (IWRC) since December 2022. Previously, Alexandra worked as a Primate Keeper & Researcher at the Smithsonian National Zoological Park from 2013 to 2020 and as an Instructor at the Oregon Zoo from January 2012 to December 2013. Early career experience includes working as a Chimpanzee Caregiver & Veterinary Technician at Save the Chimps, Inc. from January 2011 to December 2012. Alexandra holds a Master of Science with honors in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2009-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Anthropology from the University of Oregon (2004-2007).
