Buddy Rizer

Buddy Rizer serves as the Executive Director of Economic Development for Loudoun County, Virginia, since May 2007, focusing on business attraction, retention, and expansion in a dynamic location. Rizer holds various leadership roles, including membership on the Board of Trustees for Northern Virginia Community College and as Strategic Business Consultant for the International Data Center Authority. In addition, Rizer is involved with several organizations, including the Northern Virginia Economic Development Alliance, the GO Virginia Region 7 Council, and the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Rizer has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Business and Economics from Longwood University, a Graduate Certificate in Local Government Management from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Towson University.
