Charles Moore

Charles Moore is an accomplished IT manager with extensive experience in managing IT operations across various organizations, including Loudoun County Government, American College of Radiology, The George Washington University, and Penn State University. Currently serving as IT Manager for the Department of Building and Development, Charles leads IT initiatives and security efforts while enhancing a new land management system. Previous roles include Senior IT Project Manager, where Charles directed a successful migration project to Amazon Web Services, and IT Project Manager for multiple mission-critical initiatives at The George Washington University. An experienced leader, Charles has a proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, complemented by a Master's degree in Information Systems from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Penn State University.
