Nathaniel Wentland

Nathaniel Wentland is a seasoned technology executive, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for Loudoun County Government since October 2024. Previously, Nathaniel held the position of Deputy Director of Information Technology at Fairfax County Government from January 2020 to October 2024. A substantial portion of Nathaniel's career was spent at Arlington County, where roles included Chief Business Technology Officer and Director of Networking & Telecommunications, among others. Earlier experience includes key positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Nathaniel worked as a Utilities Manager and Group Manager, as well as serving as a Brewing Ambassador. Additional roles encompass freelance work as a graphic designer and web developer, and technical positions at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and California State University, Bakersfield. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2006.
