Chanelle Hamilton M.A.T., BCBA, LBA serves as a Specialized Instructional Facilitator for Autism Programs at Loudoun County Public Schools since August 2012, following a role as an Autism Teacher within the same district. In addition to this position, Chanelle co-owns Flexible Thinkers, LLC and works as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since April 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Autism Teacher at Washington County Public Schools from August 2009 to August 2012. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University, a Master's degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Hood College.
