Rholyn C. Barnhart

Rholyn C. Barnhart, Ed. D., currently serves as the Division Instructional Facilitator for Loudoun County Public Schools, a role that supports educators in enhancing teaching practices and promoting student learning through a research-based coaching model. Previous positions include Multi-Tiered System of Supports Coach and Special Education Teacher at Indianapolis Public Schools, as well as roles in various educational institutions ranging from classroom teaching to lead teaching across different countries. Rholyn holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration and multiple certificates from Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on public leadership and policy. Additional educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Naga View Adventist College.
