Sharon Willoughby

Sharon Willoughby has extensive experience in financial management and budgeting, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and previously as Budget Director at Loudoun County Public Schools since May 2015. Prior to this role, Sharon worked at the City of Yuma, Arizona, from July 1995 to May 2015 as the Budget Manager. Sharon holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Arizona University.
