Xavier Vergara

Xavier Vergara is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in educational support, project administration, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Job Coach with Loudoun County Public Schools since March 2023, Xavier provides vital training and support to students in job readiness and workplace integration. Concurrently, as a Tennis Instructor for First Serve Tennis since April 2021, Xavier enhances the skills of young and adult learners in the sport. As the Vice President of the Magdalena Foundation since January 2009, Xavier oversees fund effectiveness and fosters sponsorship opportunities. Additional experience includes roles as a Freelance Project Administrator, Substitute Teacher, Co-Director at NOVA Small Homes, and Sustainability Envoy for the UN Sustainable Development Committee. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marymount University and various certificates related to renewable energy and climate change management.
