Alena Vigna

Alena Vigna has worked in a variety of roles in the education and healthcare sectors since 2015. Alena began their career as a National Partnerships Intern at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in 2015, followed by a Program Assistant & Event Coordinator role at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the same year. In 2017, they took on a Sales and Marketing Consultant role at Berkshire Communities and two roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Interim Property Manager - Housing & Residential Education and Assistant Property Manager - Housing & Residential Education. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Teacher and Substitute Teacher at Warren County Public Schools and Frederick County Public Schools, respectively, and then as an English Second Language Teacher at Prince William County Public Schools. Most recently, they have been employed as a Medical Aesthetician | Medical Assistant at Loudoun Medical Group, P.C. since 2022.

Alena Vigna is currently enrolled in the National Laser Institute and is expected to receive a degree in Medical Aesthetics in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they attended Shenandoah University, where they obtained a Virginia Department of Education - Teaching and Licensure in Education. From 2011 to 2015, they attended George Mason University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Events Management. In addition, Vigna has obtained certifications from various institutions, including the American Heart Association, Pearson, Educational Testing Service (ETS), National Retail Federation, and Cvent.
