Betsy Sue Scott

Betsy Sue Scott, LSIN Legal Counsel, is a principal of the Law Office of Betsy Sue Scott and focuses her practice in the areas of guardianships/conservatorships, wills, trusts, and estates. She works with seniors and their families and caregivers to build a secure environment for aging under the many different circumstances they face. She is a Past President of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association and chaired the Fairfax Bar Association’s CLE Committee and Elder Law Section for two terms. She is also a member of the Loudoun County Bar Association’s Circuit Court Committee and Clerk of the Court’s team and the Northern Neck Bar.
