Gonzalo Ramella

Gonzalo Ramella has an extensive work experience in various industries. Gonzalo founded and served as the Head Coach of The Lab • Elite Soccer Training program, which focused on providing specialized coaching to soccer players. Gonzalo also worked as an Academy Head Coach for Loudoun Soccer and D.C. United Academy. Prior to their soccer coaching roles, Gonzalo held management positions in sales and marketing, including Group Sales Manager at MGM National Harbor, Senior Sales Manager at The Willard InterContinental Hotel, and Sales Manager at Modus Hotels.

Gonzalo Ramella completed their high school education at Miami Sunset Senior High, earning a High School Diploma in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 1998 to 2002. Gonzalo then attended Warner University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a minor in Sports Management. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2008, acquiring a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the field of Social Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Gonzalo Ramella has obtained various certifications in the field of sports and management. To expand their expertise and knowledge, they completed courses such as the National C License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in August 2022, the Playmaker Course Certification from The Football Association in November 2021, and the Sports Can Battle Racism: A Workshop for Coaches from the Positive Coaching Alliance in April 2021. Gonzalo also obtained certifications such as the National D Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in February 2021 and the 11 / 11 Pre-National Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches in August 2020, among others. Moreover, they have successfully completed courses related to management and leadership, such as "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team" and "Being an Effective Team Member" from LinkedIn, and "Hospitality Manager: Leadership" from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in areas such as abuse prevention in youth sports and hospitality sales, further diversifying their skill set.
