Josh Harris

Josh Harris currently serves as the Lead Coach for the 2011 NVA Boys ECNL at Loudoun Soccer, a position held since June 2023. With a robust background in youth soccer coaching, Josh has also held various coaching roles at Virginia Valor FC and Southwestern Youth Association from 2012 to 2023, including Age Group Lead Coach for multiple boys' teams. In addition to coaching, Josh has made significant contributions to Learning Without Tears since January 2008, progressing through various managerial roles to reach the position of Sr. Product Operations Manager. Josh's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The Catholic University of America.
