Kevin Engel

Kevin Engel is a System Development Scientist at CACI and has served as a Coach for Loudoun Soccer since September 2006. Engel also held the position of Manager of Technology Assessment at Vredenburg from September 1988 to September 2004. Engel earned a Master of Arts degree in Soviet and East European Studies from the University of Michigan between 1981 and 1988.
