Paul Parkinson, CCM, is currently serving as a Project Manager at Loudoun Water since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the title of Construction Coordinator III at Fairfax County Public Schools from March 2022 to October 2022. With extensive experience as a Construction Manager for Federal Projects at Wood from April 2010 to March 2022, they hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from George Mason University - College of Engineering and Computing.
