Sarah Larnder

Sarah Larnder is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Higher Education at Loughborough College since July 2008, following roles as Deputy Head of Higher Education and Curriculum Manager. Responsibilities include line management of the Higher Education department, oversight of the Access and Participation Plan, and enhancing student experience and success. Previously, Sarah managed a team in the HE Sport area and developed a Regional Sports Strategy for Further Education in the East Midlands as Regional Development Manager. Sarah Larnder holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Strategic Leadership and a BA (Hons) in Leadership & Management, along with various certifications in leadership.
