Kanchan Biswas

Kanchan Biswas has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources for the Indian and Bangladesh subsidiary of Louis Berger International. Previously, they worked as the Country Human Resources Manager for Beckman Coulter, where they oversaw HR functions for various divisions within the company. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Human Resources Manager at Esno Secutrack Limited and Human Resources Manager at Quotient Engineering. Kanchan also worked at Eastman Kodak Company as Assistant Manager - Human Resources and Senior Executive Human Resources, handling HR and admin responsibilities for the Eastern Region. Kanchan began their career as an Assistant Personnel Officer at Khaitan Hostombe Spinels Limited. Throughout their career, they have been involved in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Kanchan Biswas obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Services Jobs and Management during the period of 1991 to 1994. Prior to this, from 1986 to 1989, Kanchan completed a B Com(Hons) degree from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata. Additional to the formal education, Kanchan acquired a certification in Psychometric Profiling from Thomas International in 2009.
