Saandi Assoumani

Saandi Assoumani is an experienced consultant currently serving as a senior consultant at Ingénierie du Développement and an international consultant at PNUD Bureau du Sénégal, focusing on the organizational diagnostics of the platform for managing external funding in Senegal. Additionally, Saandi holds the position of principal technical advisor at PNUD - Cap Vert, overseeing the Decentralization Fund and strengthening municipal capacities. Saandi has a long-standing role as principal technical advisor at PNUD Bureau du Burundi, providing technical assistance for administrative reform. Other roles include leading technical assistance missions for the European Union's state reform in various countries and serving as the Minister of Public Service and Institutional Development for the Government of Grande Comore.
