Anders Hermansen has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Anders currently holds the position of Head of Product at Louis Nielsen since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Regional Relationship Manager at Louis Nielsen from June 2020 to October 2021. Anders also served as a Retail Performance Consultant at the same company from May 2017 to June 2020.

Before joining Louis Nielsen, Anders worked at SPORTMASTER - Vild med sport as a Regional Manager from July 2013 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the operations and performance of 20 SPORTMASTER stores and 2 SPORTMASTER outlets, managing a team of approximately 200 employees.

Earlier in their career, Anders worked at Dansk Supermarked, where they held several positions. Anders served as the Head of Operations at BILKA from June 2011 to June 2013, overseeing the budgeting and operations of 16 BILKA stores and 1 A-Z store. Anders implemented SAP in BILKA and trained around 3,000 users. Anders also introduced a more transparent cost budget and implemented an over-the-counter monitoring system (IRISYS). Anders played a role in negotiating improved security and cleaning contracts in collaboration with Mærsk sourcing.

Anders also held various management positions at BILKA, starting as a Sales Manager in the Miscellaneous Department from November 2001 to July 2002. Anders then served as an Area Manager in the Sport/Leisure department from May 2000 to November 2001. Anders was also an Area Manager in the Radio/TV department from March 1999 to April 2000 and an Area Manager from August 1997 to February 1999. Anders began their career as a Sales Assistant and Sales Assistant Trainee in 1995.

Anders Hermansen attended Viborg Katedralskole from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a matematisk student program.
