Gladys Liu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management and Development at Louis Vuitton since November 2018, Gladys leads the HR Business Partner team for the North Asia Corporate Office, focusing on employee engagement and service delivery. Previous roles include HR Business Partner for Safilo and various HR positions at PepsiCo, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, development, and business partnering for corporate functions in Greater China. With an academic background that includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Change Management from City University of Hong Kong, Gladys has consistently demonstrated expertise in HR strategy and operations throughout a diverse career.
