Lucia de la Cruz

Lucia De La Cruz is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Louis Vuitton in the Middle East since April 2023, focusing on recruitment strategies, campus management, and nationalization. As the founder of we are Candelaria since August 2021, Lucia specializes in sustainable fine jewellery crafted from 18k recycled solid gold. Previously, Lucia held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Jigsaw Clothing from February 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading the recruitment strategy for corporate and creative roles. Earlier experiences include roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Elite Associates and as Northern Europe Retail Coordinator and Retail Area Manager Assistant at Balenciaga. Lucia De La Cruz holds a CIPD Diploma Level 5 in HR Management from ICS Learn and a degree in Journalism from Universidad de Sevilla.
