Jennifer Passman is an Enrollment Management Specialist at LCTCS since July 2011, serving the colleges and students. Previously, Jennifer worked as an Instructor at Capital Area Technical College teaching computer networking courses. With an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Specialist, Jennifer later transitioned to the role of Coordinator of Learning Technology and Innovation at LCTCS.

We strive to increase the opportunities for Louisiana's workforce to succeed through skills training programs. And, we work to provide our citizens the opportunity to learn continuously. We are committed to teaching what is needed, when it is needed, and where it is needed within available resources.
