Quentin Kelly is the Career and Technical Education Coordinator at LCTCS, with a background in coordinating grants at the Parish of Ascension, serving as a Career Coach at Hope Ministries BR, and as a Youth Specialist at Louisiana National Guard Youth Challenge Foundation Inc. Quentin also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at United States Attorneys' Offices, a Soldier at Army National Guard, a Student Clerk at Baton Rouge City Court, and in the United States Air Force. Quentin holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Upper Iowa University.

We strive to increase the opportunities for Louisiana's workforce to succeed through skills training programs. And, we work to provide our citizens the opportunity to learn continuously. We are committed to teaching what is needed, when it is needed, and where it is needed within available resources.
