William Tulak is an experienced education administrator currently serving as the Executive Director of Academics and Workforce at LCTCS since May 2021, previously holding the role of Director of Institutional Effectiveness. Prior positions include Vice Chancellor of Academic and Institutional Effectiveness at Central Louisiana Technical Community College (March 2015 - May 2021), Dean of Industrial and Process Science Technologies at Louisiana Delta Community College (August 2014 - February 2015), and Vice Chancellor of Instruction at Fletcher Technical Community College (July 2003 - December 2013). Additional roles feature extensive leadership within Louisiana Technical College and Nicholls State University. William's educational background includes a Master's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with minors in Physics and Economics from Missouri State University, in addition to completion of LCTCS's Leadership Development Institute.
