Kevin A. Cuppia, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Kevin A. Cuppia, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Kevin A. is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer - Workforce Training Alliance at Louisiana Delta Community College since July 2022. Before that, Kevin was a Human Resources Management Consultant at Wolverine Financial Services, Inc. from October 2009.

Kevin also held the position of Manager, Human Resources at Janus International from March 2021 to July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Graphic Packaging International, LLC in various roles including Senior Manager Human Resources, Manager Human Resources, and Manager, Labor Relations from February 2013 to March 2021.

In addition, Kevin served as the Director, Human Resources at Swan Corporation from October 2010 to April 2012. Kevin A. transformed the HR function to a strategic business partner, implemented performance initiatives, and successfully implemented an HRMS database used by all employees.

Before Swan Corporation, Kevin worked at Harman Becker Automotive Systems as a Region Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety from July 2008 to October 2009. Kevin A. also held the position of Manager, Human Resources & Office Administration from February 2006 to July 2008, where they directed all HR and non-technical company functions.

Further, Kevin gained experience as an HRIS Analyst at Vonage from February 2005 to March 2006, where they led a company-wide conversion of an HRMS database. Kevin A. started their career as an HR Administrator at McCann Erickson in 2004 and as a Human Resources Representative at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. from 2000 to 2003.

Kevin A. Cuppia, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their education in Organizational Leadership at Saint Louis University from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015, the SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and The Five Behaviors® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning in June 2023.
