Michael Love

Michael Love is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, development, and program management, currently serving as the Training and Development Staff Manager at the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services since June 2018. Responsible for leading a team of trainers, Michael oversees the training needs of a large state agency, managing over 500 annual training offerings and analyzing trends across multiple divisions. Prior roles include Senior Business Development Consultant at Midas Proposals, Special Education Paraprofessional, and various project coordination positions within urban leagues and educational institutions. Michael holds an MBA in Project Management from LSU Shreveport and a BBA in Business Administration from Northwood University, complemented by a diverse military and academic background.
