Maranda Rispone

Maranda Rispone is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources since January 2023, Maranda has previously held positions as a Human Resources Specialist at the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources and at the Louisiana Department of Education, where responsibilities included staffing, onboarding, and collaborating with program offices to align with agency goals. Prior experience includes talent acquisition at Republic Finance and an HR internship at Turner Industries. Maranda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
