Tyler Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, currently serving as Secretary at the Louisiana Department of Energy and Natural Resources since January 2024. Previously, Tyler held various leadership roles at Placid Refining Company LLC from September 2021 to January 2024, including Director of Corporate and Government Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Tyler was President and General Counsel at the Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association from February 2014 to August 2021. In addition to legal experience as an Attorney for the State of Louisiana, Tyler contributed to community sports as an Assistant Coach for Team Quick Stick and Brother Martin High School lacrosse teams. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans, an MBA in Economics from Louisiana State University, and a B.A. in Economics and Art History from James Madison University.
