Adam Patrick

Adam Patrick is a legal professional with a diverse background in legislative affairs, legal education, and public service. Currently serving as a Legislative Liaison/NAIC Coordinator at the Louisiana Department of Insurance since October 2022, Adam also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Southern University Law Center since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Attorney for the Louisiana House of Representatives, and internships with the United States Senate and various legal offices, where Adam honed skills in legal research, constituent services, and policy analysis. Adam's educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate in Public Law from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Northwestern State University. Notably, Adam has a background in law enforcement, having served as a Shift Lieutenant at the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office, where responsibilities included supervising staff and maintaining security protocols.
