Madonna Jones

Madonna Jones, MCM, is a seasoned professional in the insurance and regulatory field, currently serving as the Medicare Certified Regional Manager at the Louisiana Department of Insurance - SHIIP since August 2014. Jones has also been active with the Louisiana Chapter of the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society (LaIRES) since March 2000, holding the role of Continuing Education Coordinator, where established protocols enhance educational opportunities for insurance regulators and financial examiners. Additionally, Jones has experience as a Fraud Investigator and Market Conduct Analyst and served as President of the Challenger Learning Center from June 1996 to June 1999, where the role of Assistant Flight Director was also fulfilled. Educational background includes studies at Louisiana State University and the Louisiana Art Institute.
