April Scott is a Statewide Program Manager at Louisiana Economic Development since August 2019. Prior to this, April served as a Business Owner at Cloud 9 Hookah Lounge & Bar from December 2017 to December 2023 and as an Information Technology Management Consultant at Louisiana Division of Administration from January 2018 to August 2019. Before that, April worked at Aon Hewitt from June 2005 to June 2017 in various roles such as Compensation Operations Lead, Compensation Delivery Analyst II / Project Manager, Compensation Delivery Analyst, and Setup Configuration Analyst. April holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
