Diane Kirksey is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in training and leadership development. As the Founder of Compassionate Communication in Lafayette, LA since May 2016, Diane has focused on fostering effective communication skills. Diane has also served as a Contract Trainer for The Training Associates and Louisiana Economic Development, providing training in technical operations, sales, and professional development. Prior roles include Customer Care Training Supervisor and Operations Supervisor within Fiserv, along with supervisory positions at 7-Eleven, Inc. and the Sacramento Women’s Center, where significant contributions to social activism in areas such as feminism and LGBTQ rights were made. Diane holds dual Master's degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas and the University of North Texas at Dallas, underscoring a commitment to leadership development.
