Jac Spring possesses extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as the National Foodservice Manager at Louisiana Fish Fry Products since July 2007, where responsibilities include managing ongoing business and national expansion efforts. Prior to this role, Jac held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Smithfield Packing from 1999 to August 2006, further developing skills in sales management. Jac is an alumnus of the University of Iowa, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Science/MIS from 1979 to 1983.
