Lakeitra Bryant

LaKeitra Bryant has extensive experience in talent management and information technology, currently serving as Information Technology Management at Louisiana Key Academy since November 2025. Prior to this role, LaKeitra was the Regional Director of Talent and Talent Recruiter at IDEA Public Schools from August 2021 to June 2025. LaKeitra also worked for the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services as a Project Coordinator for 17 years, from August 2004 to September 2021. LaKeitra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, earned between 2003 and 2007, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the same institution.
