Louisiana Legislative Auditor
Kaliff Daire, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Financial Auditor at the Louisiana Legislative Auditor since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assurance Manager at Postlethwaite & Netterville, Audit Manager at Wright Ward Hatten & Guel, and Senior Auditor at the Louisiana Legislative Auditor, where Kaliff began as a Staff Auditor. Previous experience also encompasses an Accounting Internship at Entergy and various internships in finance and accounting roles at Textron Systems and Matrix Shad LLC. Kaliff earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Our mission is to foster accountability and transparency in Louisiana government by providing the Legislature and others with audit services, fiscal advice, and other useful information. The Legislative Auditor is one of the largest public accounting practices in the State of Louisiana and certainly one of the largest employers of certified public accountants. However, in addition to accountants, the Legislative Auditor also employs public administrators, attorneys, actuaries, computer analysts, Information Technology auditors, and many other individuals who offer the public a broad spectrum of skills.
