Lorena Zepeda

Lorena Zepeda has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as a Platoon Sergeant at the Louisiana National Guard since January 2004 and as an Area Manager at Amazon since August 2020. Zepeda also held the position of Petroleum Section Chief within the Louisiana National Guard, managing the dispensing and testing of petroleum storage. Additional roles include Human Resources Recruiting Assistant at McDermott International Inc., where responsibilities involved vetting and onboarding candidates, and a Staffing Assistant position at CB&I. Zepeda began a career in the legal field as a Revenue Recovery Specialist at Kern County Superior Court, handling contracts and payments. Academically, Zepeda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Louisiana State University and a Communications Certificate from Bakersfield College.
