Shane Miller

Shane Miller serves as the IT Technical Support Manager at the Louisiana Office of Technology Services since November 2016, overseeing database platforms including DB2 LUW, Domino, BIS (Mapper), and MySQL. Prior to this role, Shane held various positions within the State of Louisiana from 1997 to 2016, including IT Tech Support Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing database administrators and performing administration for SQL Server and DB2. Shane's professional journey began at Mike's Restaurant as Treasurer, managing accounting tasks for nearly three decades. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of General Studies with concentrations in Accounting and Chemistry from Southeastern Louisiana University, completed between 1990 and 1997.
