Libby Berman

Libby Berman joined LP in 2018 in the role of Chief Tax Officer, taking ownership of all of LP’s global tax functions. In 2023, she was promoted to Vice President, Chief Tax Officer. Berman is responsible for the company’s tax strategy and reporting obligations for the complex and ever-evolving global tax regulatory environment. She began her career at PwC, rising to the level of Tax Director, before joining Elektra as Vice President of Global Taxation. Berman earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Georgia.
