Taylor Anderson

Taylor Anderson, ACC, serves as the Executive Director at the Louisiana Resource Center for Educators since May 2025. Prior to this role, Taylor held various leadership positions at Teach For America from July 2019 to July 2025, including Managing Director of Leadership Development, where Taylor achieved a 100% retention rate among corps members and improved satisfaction rates significantly. Taylor also contributed to professional development efforts, particularly in DEI training, and previously worked as a Teaching Assistant at Relay Graduate School of Education, where Taylor co-designed curriculum that resulted in high student satisfaction. Taylor began teaching as a Founding Kindergarten Teacher at IDEA Public Schools and received multiple awards for outstanding teaching. Taylor earned a Master's degree in Education from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University.
